| 本文观察了78名肥胖症患者应用壳聚糖油酸酯前后体得和血脂的变化。结果表明，应用60天降低体重总有效率为97．4％，平均降低3．8kg，胆固醇，甘油三酯明显降低（P＜0．05）。 |

| In the paper, the body weights and blood lipids of seventy-eight obesity patients were observed, which was before and after administration of chitosan oleic acid ester.
