| 综述近年来甘油糖脂生物活性的研究状况。甘油糖脂具有抗肿瘤、抗HIV、抗炎、抗菌、增强权体免疫功能等多种生物活性。构效关系的研究表明甘油糖脂的活性与糖脂上脂酰基链的长短、糖环上的取代基团类型及其位置等有关。根据构效关系的研究可以设计合成新的甘油糖脂及其衍生物，从中获得新的治疗药物。 |

| This review summarised recent development of bioactivities of glycoglycerolipids. Glycoglycerolipids are important components of cell membranes and play an important role in celluar biology. Glycoglycerolipids have various bioactivities, such as anti-tumor, anti-HIV, anti-infection, influenza virus-neutralizing and so on. The study of structure-activity relationship of glycolipids indicates that the activities are related with the acyl group, substitued group on the glycan and the location of them. According to the SAR, we can design new glycolipids to obtain new therapeutic agents. 32 reference are cited here. |
