| 选用微晶纤维素和微粉硅胶等辅料对甘糖酯的片芯处方进行了改进，并以欧巴代为成膜材料制备了甘糖酯薄膜衣片。经加速试验和高湿试验研究表明，甘糖酯薄膜衣片质量稳定，较目前的糖衣片具有良好的阻湿性能，且溶出度也有一定增加。 |
| English Summary: |
| The formulation of propylene glycol mannurate sulfate (PGMS) tablets was improved by using microcrystalline cellulose, fumed silicon dioxide and other excipients. And the PGMS film-coated tablets were prepared by using opadry as film formation material. The results of accelerated stability test and high humidity test showed that the film-coating can improve the moisture barrier property and increase the stability of Propylene glycol mannurate sulfate tablets. In addition, the dissolution rate of PGMS film-coated tablets was better than that of PGMS sugar-coated tablets. |
