| 采用正相硅胶柱色谱、反相硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱及高效液相色谱等分离技术,从采自青岛海域的腔肠动物海仙人掌醇提物中分离得到了4个单体化合物;用1H NMR1、3C NMR和ESIMS等光谱分析,分别鉴定为胆甾醇、胆甾醇乙酸酯、24-表油菜甾醇和苯丙氨酸。 |

| By means of chromatography methods,four compounds were isolated from the sea pen Cavernularia sp.collected from the coastal area of Qingdao.Their structures were identified as cholesterol(1),cholesteryl acetate(2),crinosterol(3) and L-phenylalanine(4) by spectroscopic methods including ~(1)H NMR,~(13)C NMR and ESIMS. |
