| 目的研究海洋生物罗氏海盘车(Asterias rollestoniBell)的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、制备HPLC等手段,利用理化和波谱分析方法,对罗氏海盘车中的化学成分进行了分离鉴定。结果与结论分离鉴定了1个神经酰胺类化合物:(2S,3S,4R)-2-(13’-甲基十五碳酰胺)-十九碳-1,3,4-三醇,该化合物为未见文献报道的新化合物,命名为罗氏神经酰胺A。 |

| Objective To study the chemical constituents of starfish Asterias rollestoni Bell.Methods The constituents were isolated by chromatography methods and identified by spectroscopic and chemical analyses.Results and Conclusion A novel compound was obtained and identified as(2S,3S,4R)-2-(13'-methyl-pentadecanoylamino)-nondecane-1,3,4-triol.The compound was reported first time and named as rollceramide A. |
