| 目的研究微针豆荚软珊瑚(Lobophytum microlobulatum)的化学成分。方法采用柱层析法分离微针豆荚软珊瑚的甲醇-二氯甲烷提取物。结果得到三个西松烷二萜(1a、2、3)及两个甾醇(4、5)。结论化合物1a、2、3、4为该种中首次分得,化合物1a可在常温下于CDCl3中发生C-2的构型转化。 |

| Objective To search for chemical constituents of the soft coral Lobophytum microlobulatum.Methods The MeOH-CHCl2 extract of the soft coral was subjected to silica gel to give five compounds.Results Cembranoids 1a,2,3 and steroids 4,5 were obtained.Conclusion Compound 1a,2,3 and 4 were obtained from this coral for the first time and 1a can converted to 1b in CDCl3. |
