| 目的研究药用滨海植物厚藤(Ipomoea Pes-caprae(L.)Sweet)的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱和Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱从厚藤的乙酸乙酯提取物中分离到8个化合物,经理化常数和波谱分析鉴定了这8个化合物的结构。结果它们分别是十九烷酸(Ⅰ)、阿魏酸(Ⅱ)、咖啡酸(Ⅲ)、尼泊金甲酯(Ⅳ)、5,7-二羟基-4’-甲氧黄酮(Ⅴ)、5,7-二羟基-4’-甲氧黄酮醇(Ⅵ)、4’-羟基-3,5,7-三甲氧黄酮(Ⅶ)和7,3’,4’-三羟基-5-甲氧黄酮醇(Ⅷ)。结论其中,阿魏酸、咖啡酸、尼泊金甲酯、5,7-二羟基-4’-甲氧黄酮、5,7-二羟基-4’-甲氧黄酮醇、4’-羟基-3,5,7-三甲氧黄酮和7,3’,4’-三羟基-5-甲氧黄酮醇为首次从该植物中分离得到。 |

| Objective To study the chemical constituents of Ipomoea Pes-caprae (L.)
