      目的 对红树植物秋茄内生真菌KCM2-1的次级代谢产物进行研究。方法 利用硅胶柱层析,Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析,半制备高效液相色谱仪等分离手段对秋茄内生真菌KCM2-1的提取物进行分离纯化,并利用各种波谱方法,结合文献对照,确定化合物结构。结果 从提取物中分离得到10个化合物,经鉴定为Palmarumycin C2(1),Isosclerone(2),Indole-3-carboxaldehyde(3),Cyclo-(L-Pro-L-Val)(4),Cyclo-(L-Pro-L-Leu)(5),Cyclo-(L-Pro-L-Ile)(6),4-Hydroxyphenylacetic acid(7),2-(4-Hydroxyphenyl)ethanol(8),Thymidine(9),1,2-benzenedicarboxylic-dibutyl ester(10)。结论 10个化合物均为首次从红树植物秋茄内生真菌中分离得到,其中化合物1对人类Hela癌细胞株显示了显著的细胞毒活性。
English Summary:
      Objective To investigate the secondary metabolites of strain KCM2-1,an endophytic fungus isolated from Mangrove plant Kandelia candel. Method The extract was purified by column chromatography on silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC. The structures of the compounds were determined based on spectroscopic analysis and comparison with reported data. Results Ten compounds were obtained and identified as palmarumycin C2(1),isosclerone(2),Indole-3-carboxaldehyde(3),cyclo-(L-Pro-L-Val)(4),cyclo-(L-Pro-L-Leu)(5),cyclo-(L-Pro-L-Ile)(6),4-hydroxyphenylacetic acid(7),2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethanol(8),thymidine(9),1,2-benzenedicarboxylic-dibutyl ester(10).Conclusion These compounds are firstly isolated from endophytic fungus obtained from Mangrove plant Kandelia candel. Compound 1 showed significant cytotoxic activity against human Hela cell line.
