采用异氰酸酯法,以D-氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐为原料,乙酰化合成1,3,4,6-四-O-乙酰基-α-D-氨基葡萄糖硫酸盐,在三光气的作用下与氨基吡啶反应得到三种脲类化合物。所有目标化合物均经过IR、1H NMR、13C NMR及质谱表征。该合成方法工艺简单,操作易行,进一步发展了异氰酸酯法的脲合成,可望用来合成一系列含取代基的糖基吡啶基脲类物质。 |

1,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-α-D-glucosamine sulfate was prepared by direct acetylation of D-glucosamine hydrochloride with acetic anhydride. Glucosamine pyridylureas derivates can be prepared by using the method of isocyanate. The obtained products were identified by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and MS. This synthetic method can be expected to synthesize a series of sugar pyridylureas containing substituting group on the sugar ring. It is indicated that the synthetic method is simple and very easy to operate. |
