| 目的 研究短指软珊瑚Sinularia acuta的化学成分。方法 利用薄层色谱、硅胶色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶色谱、ODS中低压色谱、半制备HPLC等方法对化学成分进行了分离纯化；通过NMR、MS等方法,并结合文献对照,鉴定化合物的结构。结果 从短指软珊瑚的甲醇提取物中,分离鉴定了13个单体化合物：麦角甾-5, 22, 24(28)-三烯-3β-醇(1)、麦角甾-5, 24(28)-二烯-3β-醇(2)、胆甾-5-烯-3β-醇(3)、(22E)-胆甾-5, 22(23)-二烯-3β-醇(4)、(22E)-3β-羟基胆甾-5, 22(23)-二烯-7-酮(5)、3β-羟基麦角甾-5, 24(28)-二烯-7-酮(6)、(22E)-3β-羟基麦角甾-5, 22(23)-二烯-7-酮(7)、3β-羟基麦角甾-5-烯-7-酮(8)、3β-羟基胆甾-5-烯-7-酮(9)、尿嘧啶(10)、胸腺嘧啶(11)、脱氧胸腺嘧啶核苷(12)、脱氧腺嘌呤核苷(13)。结论 化合物(1-13)均为首次从该种软珊瑚中分离得到。 |

| Objective To study the chemical components of the soft coral Sinularia acuta. Methods The compounds were isolated by TLC, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS and HPLC methods, and their structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis including NMR and MS, and comparison with the data of literatures. Results From the methanol extracts of S. acuta, thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as ergosterol-5,22,24(28)-triene-3β-ol (1), ergosterol-5,24(28)-dien-3β-ol (2), cholest-5-en-3β-ol (3), (22E)-cholesta-5,22(23)-dien-3β-ol (4), (22E)-3β-hydroxycholest-5,22(23)-dien-7-one (5), 3β-hydroxyergosta-5,24(28)-dien-7-one (6), (22E)-3β-hydroxyergosta-5,22(23)-dien-7-one (7), 3β-hydroxyergost-5-en-7-one (8), 3β-hydroxycholest-5-en-7-one (9), uracil (10), thymine (11), deoxythymidine (12), deoxyadenosine (13), respectively. Conclusion Compounds (1~13) were isolated from this soft coral for the first time. |
