      目的 研究皱纹盘鲍性腺多糖的提取工艺及其对小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法 比较水提法与酶解法,确定提取性腺多糖的最优条件;并对所提的性腺多糖进行体内免疫调节活性动物试验。结果 水提样品中多糖含量较低,因此选择酶解法提取性腺多糖,所提性腺多糖中多糖含量占干重70%以上,可用于活性研究;皱纹盘鲍雄性、雌性性腺多糖能够提高免疫低下小鼠的脾指数和胸腺指数、腹腔巨噬细胞能力、迟发性变态反应、血清溶血素水平(HC50)。性腺多糖能够修复受损的免疫器官,具有调节小鼠体液免疫和细胞免疫的功能。结论 皱纹盘鲍性腺多糖采用酶解法提取,性腺多糖能增强免疫低下小鼠的免疫功能。
English Summary:
      Objective The extraction procedure of polysaccharides from Haliotis discus hannai ino gonad and the immunomodulating activity in vivo of polysaccharides were investigated in the research. Methods Compared with water-extraction method and enzymatic hydrolysis method, to determine the optimal extraction procedure of polysaccharides of gonad. And the immunomodulating activity of the polysaccharides of gonad was observed. Results The polysaccharide contents of the water-extraction method were lower, so we choose enzymatic hydrolysis method. The polysaccharide contents of the extracted polysaccharides were 70% for dry weight. The polysaccharides signifieantly increased the spleen and thymus index, the phagoeytic activity of macrophages, the response of Delayed-Type Hypersensitivity and the amount of hemolytic antibody (HC50) in model mice. Conclusion The enzymatic hydrolysis method extracted the polysaccharides from Haliotis discus hannai Ino gonad, and the polysaccharides could increase immunity in hypoimmune mice.
