目 的 研究海盘车属的棘的形态学差别。方 法 借助显微照相和扫描电镜等新的方法,对中国海域海盘车属4种海盘车的棘进行研究。结 果 记录4种海盘车棘的数量排列和形态,同时对不同部位棘进行拍照记录,归纳出基于棘显微结构的检索表。 |

Objective To study the differences of spines of Asterias. Methods The study of spine was carried out via new methods such as microphotography and SEM. Results The number, arrangement and shape of spines from 4 species were recorded. Spines in different locations were taken photos. A key to distinguish these species was also provided:
1. Superomaginal spines 2~5, mostly more than 3, can be as many as 7; inferomarginal spines 1~3, exceptionally 5…………….………….A. amurensis
- Superomaginal spines usually 1~3, sometimes 4; inferomarginal spines 1 or 2..…………………………………………………………………………………2
2. Superomaginal spines usually 1 near the basal part of the arm, regularly arranged, can be 2 or 3 near the tip in some big samples……………………..A. versicolor
- Superomaginal spines not 1 near the basal part of the arm, not aligned………….3
3. Aboral spines are strong with longitudinal groove; superomaginal spines, inferomarginal spines and adambulacral spines are mostly very thick with a pronounced groove…….…………………………………………..A. argonauta
- Aboral spines small and conical with small spinules, groove hardly be seen; superomaginal spines, inferomarginal spines and adambulacral spines are thin with no groove or groove not obvious. ….... ………………………...A. rollestoni
Conclusion There were significant differences in number, arrangement and shape of spines among different species, thus can be used to identify Asterias. |
