| 采用临界CO2萃取法、三氯甲烷-甲醇提取法、无水乙醇浸提法、石油醚索氏提取法及乙酸乙酯索氏提取法提取大海马脂类成分,通过GC-MS法对其脂肪酸组成进行分析,从总脂含量、脂肪酸甲酯(FAMEs)含量和脂肪酸组成等方面对大海马的5种脂类提取方法进行比较研究。结果表明：5种提取法方法提取的大海马总脂含量分别为21.21 mg/g、76.71 mg/g、50.58 mg/g、30.49 mg/g、25.17 mg/g；脂肪酸甲酯含量分别为20.93 mg/g、53.53 mg/g、27.82 mg/g、29.11 mg/g、23.95 mg/g；采用GC-MS分别鉴定了17、14、15、14、16种成分,其中不饱和脂肪酸占总脂肪酸含量的33.30 %~42.66 %。因此,可根据实际需求采用不同方法对大海马脂类进行提取及加工利用。 |

| Hippocampus kuda lipid was separated by CO2 supercritical fluid extraction, Folch method, anhydrous ethanol extraction, Soxhlet extraction petroleum ether and ethyl acetate, and fatty acid compositions were analyzed by GC-MS, the total lipid content, FAMEs content and the fatty acid compositions as the index, to compare and study the different extracting methods of Hippocampus kuda lipid. The results showed that it is extracted by 5 different methods and got the amount of total lipid is 21.21mg/g, 76.71mg/g, 50.58mg/g, 30.49mg/g and 25.17mg/g responsibility; The amount of FAMEs is 20.93mg/g, 53.53mg/g, 27.82mg/g, 29.11mg/g, 24.95mg/g; 17,14,15,14,16 components were identified by GC-MS and the unsaturated fatty acids was 33.30%~42.66% of total fatty acids. Thus, the different methods can be used for the extraction of Hippocampus kuda lipid. |
