吲哚生物碱是一类重要的海洋次生代谢产物,主要包括单吲哚、双吲哚和三吲哚结构衍生物。卤素取代是海洋吲哚生物碱的一个重要特点,其取代位置大多在吲哚环的5位或者6位,这些化合物显示抗肿瘤、抗微生物、抗组胺、5-HT抑制等多种生物活性,具有潜在药用价值。本文对海洋来源卤代吲哚生物碱的主要生物活性、来源和结构进行了综述,共涉及81个化合物,涵盖了从1978年到2014年的48篇文献。 |
English Summary: |
Indole alkaloid from marine sources is an interesting cluster of secondary metabolites that are mainly sorted into mono-, bis-, and tris-indole derivatives. These metabolites are characterized by halogenation substitution mainly occurred at C-5 or C-6 of indole subunit. Halogenated indole alkaloids demonstrate a wide spectrum of biological activities, e.g. anti-tumor, anti-microbial, anti-histamine, and serotonin inhibitory activities, displaying a potential pharmaceutical value. This paper gives a brief review on the main bioactivities, origin and chemistry of marine halogenated indole alkaloids, involving 81 compounds and 48 references from 1978 to 2014. |
