| Objective: In order to accurately identify the original of Sargassum, the natural characteristics and microscopic characteristics of Sargassum and adulterants were studied. Methods: The morphological structure of Sargassum and adulterants were compared by using macroscopical identification and microscopic identification. Results: Sargassum and adulterants were different in main macroscopical and microscopic characteristics. Conclusion: The medicinal material of Sargassum could be identified by morphology and microscopy. |
