摘 要:目的 对一株来源于南海沉积物的放线菌Streptomyces sp. SCSIO BEMM34进行菌种鉴定及次级代谢产物研究。方法 通过16S rDNA序列分析并构建系统发育进化树来鉴定菌株,利用硅胶、凝胶层析,半制备高效液相分离等手段对海洋放线菌SCSIO BEMM34的发酵产物进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据分析及文献比对的方法对分离纯化得到的化合物进行结构鉴定,采用滤纸片法进行抗菌活性测试。结果 从一株海洋来源放线菌中分离得到2个戊二酰亚胺类化合物1和2,以及一个酚酸类化合物3。抗菌活性测试结果表明,化合物1-3都没有明显的抑菌活性。 |

Abstract: Objective To study the secondary metabolites from the marine-derived actinomycete Streptomyces sp. SCSIO BEMM34 isolated from a south China sea sediment sample. Methods The fermentation extract was separated by butanone and acetone extraction, LH-20, normal and reverse phase silica gel chromatography. The structures of the purified compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data and comparisons with those reported in publications. The compounds were tested for antibacterial activities. Results Three compounds were isolated. Their structures were identified as Actiphenol(1), AH-135Y(2), Phenatic acid B(3). Conclusion :We isolate 2 gluratimides and one Phenatic acid from the second metobolites of Streptomyces sp. SCSIO BEMM34. All of the three compounds show no activity to the eight tested strains. |
