目的 优化海洋真菌 Cochliobolus lunatus (TA26-46) 的发酵条件,以期提高抗污损活性大环内酯zeaenol的产量。方法 运用单因素试验设计和正交试验设计,对该菌株产zeaenol的氮源、前体、盐度和培养基中不同离子等发酵条件进行优化。结果 结果表明:最佳优化发酵条件为可溶性淀粉10 g.L,,氮源为硝酸钠5 g.L ,乙酸钠浓度为5 g.L,,盐度为1%。结论 在最佳发酵条件下, zeaenol产量可达155.4 mg.L,比优化前提高了5倍。 |

Objective To optimize the fermentation conditions of the marine-derived fungus Cochliobolus lunatus (TA26-46) to increase the yield of the antifouling resorcylic acid lactone zeaenol. Method The single-factor experiments and orthogonal experiment were designed to investigate the fermentation conditions, including nitrogen source, sodium acetate, salinity and effect of different ions in culture medium. Results The results indicated that:the optimized fermentation condition included sodium nitrate(10 g.L), sodium acetate (5 g.L), 1% of salinity. Conclusion The yield of zeaenol was improved up to 155.4 mg.L。 which was five-fold improved. |
