目的:研究贝壳类药材海螺壳和香螺壳的性状特征和显微特征,为药材的鉴定和质量标准的制定提供资料。方法:采用性状鉴别和显微鉴别方法对海螺壳和香螺壳进行形态组织学对比研究。结果:两种药材均为单壳,海螺壳(脉红螺)螺层约6层,香螺壳螺层约7层。两种贝壳横断面中角质层不易察见,外层(棱柱层)近透明状,珍珠层的文石晶体板片在不同位置呈现平行排列或相互交叉排列。海螺壳(脉红螺)横断面可见分为三层,棱柱层、深棕色砖垛状珍珠层和灰色交错纹珍珠层。香螺横断面构造上明显分为四层,棱柱层和深棕色砖垛状、深棕色交错纹及淡棕色交错纹的珍珠层。结论:采用性状和显微鉴别方法可准确鉴定海螺壳和香螺壳药材。 |

In order to provide reference for the identifying and the establishing of quality standards of Rapanae Concha and Neotuneae Concha, the macroscopic characteristics and microscopic characteristics of Rapanae Concha and Neotuneae Concha were studied. Methods: The morphological structure of Rapanae Concha and Neotuneae Concha were compared by using macroscopical identification and microscopic identification. Results: Two kinds of medicinal materials were single shell, the spiral whorl layer number of Rapanae Concha was 6, Neotuneae Concha was 7. In the transverse section of two kinds of shell, the cuticle layer is not easy to see, the outer layer (the prismatic layer) nearly transparent, the aragonite crystal platesheet of nacreous layer in different positions was parallel or cross arrangement. Analysis?for?the transverse section of Rapanae Concha(Rapana venosa) demonstrates?that?the?shell consists?of?three layers, the prismatic layer and two parts of nacreous layer, one part is deep brown, brick shaped and the other part is gray, staggered laminated pattern. While the Neotuneae Concha, the?shell consists?of?four layers, the prismatic layer and three parts of nacreous layer, deep brown brick shaped, dark brown and light brown staggered laminated pattern. Conclusion: The medicinal material of Rapanae Concha and Neotuneae Concha could be identified by morphology and microscopy. |
