目的 对中国南海西沙群岛海绵Dactylospongia elegans的化学成分进行研究。方法 利用薄层色谱、硅胶柱层析、半制备等方法对化学成分进行分离纯化;通过 NMR、MS等方法,并结合文献理化数据比对,鉴定化合物的结构。结果 从西沙海绵的甲醇粗提取物中分离得到6个化合物:dactyloquinones A-D (1-4), neodactyloquinone (5), cyclospongiaquinone-1 (6). |

Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of the South China Sea sponge Dactylospongia elegans. Methods The compounds were isolated by combined using TLC, silica gel column, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, MPLC and HPLC. Their chemical structures were identified by NMR、MS, and comparison with the data of literatures. Results From the methenol extract of Dactylospongia elegans, six compounds were isolated and their structures were determined as dactyloquinones A-D (1-4), neodactyloquinone (5), cyclospongiaquinone-1 (6). |
