      凹顶藻属(Laurencia)海藻属于红藻门、红藻纲、仙菜目、松节藻科,主要分布于热带、亚热带和温带海域的低潮带附近及深海区,共约140种,中国已查明的有31种。20世纪60年代以来国内外的学者就对凹顶藻属海藻进行了广泛而深入地研究,从中分离出了数量众多而且结构类型丰富的倍半萜、二萜、三萜和C15-聚乙酰类次级代谢产物。其中部分凹顶藻次级代谢产物报道具有抗菌、抗肿瘤、细胞毒以及拒食杀虫等活性。近年来仍然不断有结构新颖、生物活性独特的化合物从凹顶藻属海藻中被分离出来。近7年(2011—2017)来报道的从凹顶藻属海藻中分离鉴定的新颖结构的次级代谢产物就有近110个,且很大一部分具有一定的生物学活性。作者对近7年来国内外对凹顶藻属海藻次级代谢产物的研究情况进行综述,以期对以后的凹顶藻属海藻的深入研究提供文献帮助。
English Summary:
      The genus Laurencia belongs to the family Rhodomalaceae, order Ceramiales, class Rhodophyceae, and phylum Rhodophyta, mainly distributes in the tropical, subtropical and temperate waters near the low tide and deep-sea areas. The total of species was about 140, 31 species have been identified in China.Since 1960s, scholars at home and abroad have carried out extensive and in-depth research on the genus Laurencia, and have isolated a large number of secondary metabolites of sesquiterpenes, diterpenes, triterpenes and C15-polyacetates.Among them, some secondary metabolites of the genus Laurencia showed antimicrobial, antitumor, cytotoxic and antifeedant activities.In recent years, compounds with rich structure type and unique biological activities have been isolated from algae ofthe genus Laurencia. In recent seven years (2011~2017),there were about 110 secondary metabolites with novel structures isolated from the genus Laurencia, and a large part of them have biological activities.This paper reviewed the studies on secondarymetabolites of Laurencia in the past seven years in order to provide literature support for the further study of the genus Laurencia in the future.
