目的 黄唇鱼鱼鳔是花胶中的极品,素有“海洋人参”之称。本文以墨西哥黄唇鱼鱼鳔为研究对象,采用小鼠负重游泳试验模型评价其抗疲劳功效。方法 取40只平均体质量为(26±2) g的C57BL/6健康小鼠,分别用低、中、高3个剂量(0.67、1.33和2.66 g/(kg?bw))组的墨西哥黄唇鱼鱼鳔胶(Totoaba macdonaldi bladder glue,TMBG)和等体积的去离子水(空白对照组)连续灌胃40 d后进行小鼠负重游泳试验。测定其力竭游泳时间以及血乳酸、血清尿素氮、乳酸脱氢酶、肝糖原、肌糖原的含量。结果 TMBG能显著延长小鼠的负重游泳时间(P<0.01)和前期游泳速率(P<0.05),极显著提高小鼠体内肝糖原及肌糖原的储备量(P<0.01),极显著降低小鼠血乳酸含量(P<0.01),显著提高乳酸脱氢酶活力(P<0.05),表现出良好的抗疲劳功效。结论 研究结果初步说明墨西哥黄唇鱼鱼鳔胶具有作为抗疲劳功能因子及功能性食品开发的潜力。 |

Objective The Bahaba flavolabiata bladder is known as "Sea ginseng", which is the ultimate in bladder glue. Taking the Totoaba macdonaldi bladder as the object of the research and the anti-fatigue effect of its glue was evaluated in mice by weight loaded swim test. Methods Forty healthy C57BL/6 mice with average body weight of (26 ± 2) g were orally administrated with low dose, middle dose and high dose (0.67, 1.33 and 2.66 g/(kg?bw)) of Totoaba macdonaldi bladder glue (TMBG) and distilled water (control group). Then weight loaded swim test was taken after 40 days. Subsequently the exhaustive swimming time and the contents of blood lactic acid, blood urea nitrogen, lactic dehydrogenase, liver glycogen (LG) and muscle glycogen (MG) were observed. Results TMBG exhibited the good anti-fatigue effect. It could prolong the exhaustive swimming time of mice significantly (P<0.01), and increase average swimming speed of pre-load (P<0.05), LG and MG (P<0.01) reservation of mice significantly. It could also decrease amount of BLA (P<0.01), increase the activity of LDH (P<0.05) in mice. Conclusion The study preliminarily revealed that TMBG had anti-fatigue effect and could be applied to the exploitation of functional foods. |
