      目的 研究蜈蚣藻化学成分。方法 用色谱和光谱技术分离并鉴定其化学成分。结果 从蜈蚣藻中分离鉴定17个化合物,分别为:1,3-二羟基-2-甲氧基-5-羟甲基苯(1),N-甲基-L-酪氨酸(2),苯乙酰胺(3),黑麦草内酯(4),3-乙酰基苯甲酰胺(5),2-亚乙基-3-甲基琥珀酸(6),4-N甲酰胺基正丁酸(7),降倍半萜S-(+)-去氢催吐萝芙叶醇(8),鸟嘌呤核苷(9),马来酸(10),对羟基苯乙酰胺(11),6-氨基己酸乙酯(12),4-N甲酰胺基正丁酸甲酯(13),N-(2-羟乙基)-正己酰胺(14),麦角甾醇(15),4-氨基丁酸甲酯(16)和2,5-二叔丁基苯酚(17)。结论 所有化合物均为首次从该种蜈蚣藻中分离到。
English Summary:
      Objective To study the chemical constituents of Grateloupia filicina. Methods The seventeen compounds were isolated and purified by chromatography methods. Their chemical structures were identified by physico-chemical analysis. Results The compounds’ structure isolated from Grateloupia filicina were identified as: 5-(hydromethyl)-2-methoxybenzene-1,3-diol(1), L-Tyrosine,N-methyl(2), Benzeneacetamide(3), 2(4H)-Benzofuranone,6,7,7a-tetrahydro-6-hydroxy-4,4,7a-trimethyl-,(6s,7aR)(4), Benzamide, 3-acetyl(5), Butanedioic acid, 2-ethylidene-3-methyl(6), Butanoic acid,4-[(aminocarbonyl)amino](7),2-Cyclohexen-1-one,4-hydroxy-3,5,5-trimethyl-4-(3-oxobutyl)-(8), 2-Amino-9-beta-D-ribofuranosyl-9H-purine-6-(1H)-one(9), 2-Butennedioic acid(2Z)(10), Benzeneacetamid,4-hydroxy(11), Hexanoic acid, 6-amino-ethyl ester(12), Butanoic acid, 4-[(aminocarbonyl)?amino]- methyl ester(13), Hexanoic acid (2-hydroxy-ethyl)-amide(14), Ergosterol(15), Butanoic acid, 4-amino-, methl ester(16), phenol, 2,5-bis(1,1-dimethylethyi)(17). Conclusion All compounds were obtained from the Grateloupia filicina for the first time.
