      目的 对牡蛎散化学成分进行研究,以期阐明该复方的药效物质基础。方法 运用多种色谱和光谱方法对牡蛎散中的化学成分进行分离和结构鉴定。结果 从牡蛎散水提物的乙酸乙酯萃取物部分分离得到8个黄酮类化合物,分别是芒柄花素(1),芒柄花苷(2),毛蕊异黄酮(3)、毛蕊异黄酮苷(4)、(6aR, 11aR)-3-羟基-9,10-二甲氧基紫檀烷(5),(6aR, 11aR)-9,10-二甲氧基紫檀烷3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6),2",7-二羟基-3", 4" -二甲氧基异黄烷(7)和2"-羟基-3", 4" -二甲氧基异黄烷-7-O-β-D-glucoside (8)。结论 以上化合物均为首次从牡蛎散中分离得到。
English Summary:
      OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents and clarify the effective substances of Muli San. METHODS The compounds were isolated with Sephadex LH-20, silica gel column chromatography and preparative HPLC. The structures of the compounds were identified by physiochemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS Nine flavonoids were obtained from EtOAc fraction, and their structures were identified as formononetin (1), calycosin (2), ononin (3), calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), methylnissolin (5), 9,10-dimethoxypterocarpan-3-O-β-D-glucoside (6), isomucronulatol (7) and isomucronulatol-7-O-β-D-glucoside (8), respectively. CONCLUSION All compounds were isolated from Muli San.for the first time.
