中文摘要:
      目的 研究3种来源的甲香药材蝾螺、节蝾螺、带蝾螺的厣的性状和显微特征,为其生药学研究和准确鉴别提供依据。方法 采用性状鉴别和显微鉴别方法,对蝾螺、节蝾螺、带蝾螺的厣进行形态组织学对比研究。结果 3种药材均呈圆形或类圆形,石灰质,厣外表面的色泽、光滑程度及底面颜色等性状特征存在差异。横断面均具最外层、内螺层及螺旋状层纹,节蝾螺和带蝾螺厣的螺旋状层纹间均可见同心环状细层纹,蝾螺厣内螺层中心处具1凸起,螺旋状层纹曲线平滑,节蝾螺厣层纹曲线不规则向外凸起,带蝾螺厣层纹向内凹陷呈锯齿状。结论 采用性状和显微鉴别方法可准确鉴别3种甲香药材。
English Summary:
      Objective To provide reference for the pharmacognosy research and identifying of three sources of Operculum Turbinis, the macroscopic characteristics and microscopic characteristics of the operculum of Turbo cornutus Solander, Turbo bruneus (Roding) and Turbo petholatus Linnaeus were studied. Methods The morphological structures of the operculum of Turbo cornutus, Turbo bruneus and Turbo petholatus were compared by using macroscopic identification and microscopic identification. Results The characteristics of three kinds of medicinal materials were round and calcareous, and there were differences in color, smoothness of external surface and bottom colorof.the operculum. Allthe transverse sections of them have the outermost layer, inner spiral layer and spiral lamination, concentric annular fine laminae could be seen between the spiral laminae of the operculum of Turbo bruneus and Turbo petholatus, a protuberance could be seen at the center of the inner spiral layer ofthe operculum of Turbo cornutus, and the spiral laminar curve was smooth, the spiral laminar curve of the operculum of Turbo bruneus was irregular and convex outward, while the curve ofthe operculum of Turbo petholatus was sagged inward and serrated.Conclusion The medicical material of three kinds of Operculum Turbinis could be identified by morphology and microscopy.
