      目的 采用实验室模拟连续逆流提取法提取南极磷虾脱脂粉中的胆固醇并进行工艺优化。方法 以胆固醇提取率为考察指标,在单因素实验的基础上,通过正交试验优选最佳工艺。结果 胆固醇的最佳提取工艺为料液比1:15,提取温度50 ℃,单次提取时间90 min,在此工艺条件下胆固醇提取率为53.85%。结论 优选的模拟连续逆流提取工艺具有提取率高、有机溶剂消耗少、能耗低等优点,为逆流提取法提取胆固醇的工业应用提供了理论依据。
English Summary:
      Objective To extract cholesterol from Antarctic krill defatted powder by simulated continuous counter-current extraction and optimize the process. Methods Taking the extraction rate of cholesterol as the evaluation index, the orthogonal design experiment were conducted to determine the optimal process on the basis of single factor experiment. Results The optimal extraction process of cholesterol was as follows: the material-liquid ratio was 1:15, the extraction temperature was 50 ℃, the time of single extraction was 90 min. The extraction rate of cholesterol was 53.85% under this process condition. Conclusion The optimized simulated continuous counter-current extraction has the advantages of high extraction rate, low organic solvent consumption and low energy consumption, and provides a theoretical basis for the industrial application of cholesterol extraction by counter-current extraction.
