南北两极地区极端的生存环境,导致极地生物在进化的过程中形成了具有独特的防御能力,从而产生许多结构新颖、活性显著次级代谢产物,是创新药物的重要来源和新的突破口。本文综述了2017年-2020年来源于极地动植物以及微生物资源的次级代谢产物及其生物学活性,为极地药用生物资源的进一步研究开发提供参考和借鉴。 |
English Summary: |
The extreme living environment in the Polar region led to the formation of unique defense capabilities of polar organisms in their process of evolution, resulting in diversity of secondary metabolites with novel structures and significant bioactivity. These secondary metabolites could be the important sources and new breakthroughs for innovative drugs. This review covers the secondary metabolites and their biological activities derived from polar animals, polar plants, and polar microbes from 2017 to 2020. In addition, this review can provide references for the further research and development of polar medicinal biological resources. |
