      摘要:目的 建立聚古罗糖醛酸丙酯硫酸酯钠(PGGS)中钠元素的含量测定方法;方法 采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法,以氯化铯为电离抑制剂,分别在589 nm和330 nm两个吸收波长下进行了PGGS钠含量测定,并进行方法学的比较和验证。结果 在589 nm吸收波长下, Na元素在0.4~2.8 μg/mL浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9991);定量限为0.4 μg/mL;平均回收率为99.15%(n=9),RSD为1.34%。在330 nm吸收波长下, Na元素在20~200 μg/mL浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9980);定量限为20 μg/mL;平均回收率为99.65%(n=9),RSD为2.07%。结论 采用原子吸收光谱法测定PGGS中钠元素含量,可根据供试品中Na元素含量高低选择不同的分析波长。该方法结果准确、操作简单快捷,适用于PGGS等褐藻胶硫酸酯衍生物中钠含量的质量控制。
English Summary:
      Abstract: Objective To establish a quantitative determination method for sodium ions in Propylene glycol polyguluronate sulfate sodium (PGGS). Methods The sodium content of PGGS was measured by atomic absorption spectroscopy(AAS),caesium chloride was applied as a deionization agent. The wavelengths of 330nm and 589nm were compared,and the method was validated。Results The calibration curve was found to be linear between the range of 0.4~2.8 μg/mL for sodium ion(r=0.9991) at 589nm, and the quantitation limit was 0.4 μg/mL. The average recovery was 99.15%, with RSD of 1.34% (n=9). The calibration curve was found to be linear between the range of 20~200 μg/mL for sodium ion(r=0.9980) at 330nm, and the quantitation limit was 20 μg/mL. The average recovery was 99.65%, with RSD of 2.07% (n=9). Conclusion The content of sodium in PGGS is determined by atomic absorption spectrometry, different analysis wavelengths can be selected according to the content of sodium in the test sample. This method is accurate, simple and rapid, and it is suitable for the determination and quality control of the sodium ion in Alginate sulfate derivatives such as PGGS.
