目的 聚古罗糖醛酸硫酸酯(PGS)是一种来自褐藻的低分子量硫酸化多糖,大量研究表明,硫酸化多糖具有广泛的抗病毒活性和其他作用,因此探索PGS的抗病毒活性对于药物开发具有一定的意义。方法 通过流式细胞仪分析、蛋白质印迹法(Western blot)和定量反转录聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR)评估PGS对水泡疱性口炎病毒(VSV)的抗病毒活性。结论 PGS具有抗VSV的活性。初步研究机制表明,PGS可能通过增强I型干扰素(IFN)表达发挥抗病毒作用。 |

Objective Polyguluronate sulfate (PGS) is a low molecular-weight sulfated polysaccharide from brown algae. Numerous studies showed that sulfated polysaccharides possessed extensive antiviral activities and other effects. Therefore exploring the antiviral activity of PGS was of great significance to promote its drug development. Methods The antivirus activity of PGS against vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) was evaluated via flow cytometry analysis, western blot, and quantitative reverse transcriptasepolymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). Conclusion PGS has the anti-VSV activity. Preliminary studies on the mechanism suggested that PGS exerts antiviral activity possibly through enhancing type-I interferon (IFN) expression. |
