      目的 柳珊瑚来源真菌Penicillium chrysogenum (TA10-16)次级代谢产物及其生物活性研究。方法 通过广泛的波谱数据,包括1D/2D NMR,HRESIMS和ECD谱从而确定化合物的结构。结果 共分离获得7个聚酮化合物,包括1个新的α-Pyrone(1)和6个已知化合物(2–7)。化合物1和6对白色念珠菌表现出中等的抗真菌活性,MIC值为12.5 μmol/L,而化合物7对白色念珠菌的MIC值则为25.0 μmol/L。结论 化合物1的结构通过1D/2D NMR、HRESIMS和ECD等综合光谱数据进行了鉴定。同时,通过活性测试,化合物1和6具有潜在的抗真菌活性。
English Summary:
      Objective The secondary metabolites from the gorgonian-derived fungus Penicillium chrysogenum (TA10–16) and their biological activities. Methods The structure of the compounds were identified by comprehensive spectroscopic data, including 1D/2D NMR, HRESIMS and ECD. Results Seven polyketide compounds were isolated from a marine fungus Penicillium sp., including a new α-Pyrone (1) and six known compounds (2–7). Compounds 1 and 6 showed moderate antifungal activity against Candida albicans with the same MIC values of 12.5 μmol/L, while compound 7 showed weak activity against C. albicans with the MIC value of 25.0 μmol/L. Conclusion The structure of compound 1 was elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic data including 1D/2D NMR, HRESIMS and ECD. At the same time, compounds 1 and 6 have potential antifungal activity through activity test.
