      目的 研究南海来源真菌BBW次级代谢产物及抗弧菌活性。方法 通过凝胶柱层析、半制备高效液相等色谱技术对次级代谢产物进行分离和纯化,借助核磁共振等波谱技术结合文献鉴定化合物结构,利用牛津杯法测定化合物的抗菌活性。结果 从海洋真菌BBW中分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别为phomaligolA(1)、dihydropenicillic acid(2)、penicillic acid(3)、4-methyl-3-carboxylpyrazole(4)、3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid methyl ester (5)、methyl 2-(4- hydroxyphenyl) acetate(6),1对副溶血性弧菌(Vibrio parahemolyticus)和哈维氏弧菌(Vibrio harveyi)最低抑菌浓度(MIC)均为19.1 mg.mL-1 2对副溶血性弧菌MIC为3.2 mg.mL-1结论 海洋真菌BBW次级代谢产物具有较好的抗弧菌活性,具备较好的抗弧菌开发潜力,4为首次天然来源报道,5、6首次海洋天然来源报道。
English Summary:
      Objective To study secondary metabolites and anti-Vibrio activity of the fungus BBW collected from the South China Sea. Methods Secondary metabolites were separated and purified by chromatographic techniques (Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative High Performance Liquid Chromatography). The structures of the compounds were identified by nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum and compared with reported data; the anti-Vibrio activity of the compounds was determined by the Oxford cup method. Results Six compounds were isolated and identified as phomaligolA (1), dihydropenicillic acid (2), penicillic acid (3), 4-methyl-3-carboxylpyrazole (4), 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid methyl ester (5), methyl 2-( 4- hydroxyphenyl) acetate (6). The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 1 on Vibrio parahemolyticus and Vibrio harveyi were both 19.1 mg.mL-1; the MIC of 2 on Vibrio parahaemolyticus was 3.2 mg.mL-1. Conclusion The good anti-Vibrio activity of secondary metabolites separated from the marine fungus BBW indicated that BBW has high anti-Vibrio application potential. 4 was reported from natural sources for the first time, 5 and 6 were first reported from marine sources.
