| 目的 对新型核苷类似物的抗肿瘤活性评价,包括对细胞增殖、细胞周期以及细胞凋亡等生物学过程的评价,为癌症的治疗提供新的方法。方法 采用MTT法检测化合物B2对肿瘤细胞的IC50,流式细胞术检测化合物B2对细胞周期和细胞凋亡的影响。结果 新型核苷类似物B2通过阻滞A375细胞周期于S期,诱导黑色素瘤细胞凋亡,从而抑制A375细胞的生长和增殖。 |

| Objective The evaluation of antitumor activity of novel nucleoside analogues, including the evaluation of cell proliferation, cell cycle and cell apoptosis, provides a new method for the treatment of cancer. Methods The MTT assay was employed to determine the IC50 of compound B2 on tumor cells. The effects of compound B2 on cell cycle and apoptosis were detected by flow cytometry. Results The novel nucleoside analogue B2 inhibits the growth and proliferation of melanoma cells by inhibiting cell cycle in S phase and inducing A375 melanoma cell apoptosis. |
