      目的 考察间苯三酚注射液与 3 种临床常用的注射剂配伍的稳定性。方法 将硫酸镁注射液、利托君注射液、阿托西班注射液分别与间苯三酚注射液按临床用量配伍,通过检测配伍溶液6 h内外观、pH和含量的变化,考察其配伍稳定性。结果 配伍溶液在室温、避光条件下,6 h内外观、pH无明显变化,间苯三酚的含量无明显变化。结论 间苯三酚注射液可分别与硫酸镁注射液、利托君注射液、阿托西班注射液配伍。
English Summary:
      Objective To study the compatible stability of Phloroglucinol Injection in 3 commonly used clinical injections. Methods According to the common clinical concentrations, Magnesium Sulfate Injection, Ritodrine Injection, and Atosiban Injection were combined with Phloroglucinol Injection. The appearance, pH value and concentration were measured to investigate the compatible stability in 6 hours. Results No significant changes in the appearance and pH of all combinations within 6 hours at room temperature and protected from light, and the content of phloroglucinol also had no apparent change. Conclusion Phloroglucinol Injection could be stably compatible with Magnesium Sulfate Injection, Ritodrine Injection, and Atosiban Injection were combined with Phloroglucinol Injection.
