      海马作为重要的海洋药用生物资源,其蛋白和多肽具有多种生物活性。本文综述了海马功能蛋白和多肽的研究进展,包括其化学结构、生物活性以及构效关系,详细阐述了海马多肽治疗骨关节炎、高血压、动脉粥样硬化、酒精性脂肪肝、生殖功能障碍等疾病涉及的作用机制。此外,本文还总结了蛋白及多肽等活性成分研究中涉及的海马基源,该项工作为海马相关保健食品或药物的深度开发提供重要理论基础,从而推动海马资源的保护与利用。
English Summary:
      Hippocampus as important marine medicinal resources, possess proteins and peptides with diverse biological activities. This review summarizes the research progress on functional proteins and peptides derived from Hippocampus, including their chemical structures, biological activities, and structure-activity relationships. It provides an in-depth discussion of the mechanisms underlying the therapeutic effects of Hippocampus peptides on diseases such as osteoarthritis, hypertension, atherosclerosis, alcoholic fatty liver, and reproductive dysfunction. Additionally, this study reviews the origins of seahorses involved in the research of active components such as proteins and peptides. This work provides a theoretical foundation for the advanced development of seahorse-based functional foods and pharmaceuticals, thereby promoting the conservation and sustainable utilization of Hippocampus resources.
