目的 研究1株海洋真菌Aspergillus tabacinus的次级代谢产物。方法 通过硅胶柱层析、薄层色谱(TLC)、中压液相色谱(MPLC)、高效液相色谱(HPLC)等方法对菌株的发酵浸膏进行分离纯化;运用核磁共振(NMR)、红外光谱(IR)、质谱(MS)等技术,比对文献数据鉴定所得单体化合物的结构;并用DPPH自由基清除法测试化合物的抗氧化活性。结果 从真菌Aspergillus tabacinus的大米发酵物中共分离得到9个化合物,包含1个新的色酮类化合物(1),1个苯并呋喃酮类化合物(2)和7个生物碱类化合物(3~9)。与抗氧化阳性药VC相比(IC50 = 8.38 μg/mL),化合物2和7表现出了较好的DPPH自由基清除活性,半抑制浓度(IC50)分别为10.94、6.96 μg/mL。 |

Abstract: Objective To investigate the secondary metabolites of the marine fungus Aspergillus tabacinus. Methods The fermentation extract of the strain was separated and purified by methods such as silica gel column chromatography, thin layer chromatography (TLC), medium pressure liquid chromatography (MPLC), and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The structures of the monomer compounds were identified by using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), infrared spectroscopy (IR), mass spectrometry (MS) with other techniques and comparison the literature data. The antioxidant activity of the compounds was tested by DPPH radical scavenging method. Results Nine compounds were isolated from the rice fermentation products of the fungus Aspergillus tabacinus, including one new chromone (1), one benzofuranone (2) and seven alkaloids (3-9). Compared with VC, an antioxidant positive drug (IC50 = 8.38 μg/mL), compounds 2 and 7 exhibited good DPPH radical scavenging activity, with IC50 values of 10.94 and 6.96 μg/mL. |
