| 目的 为探究由葡萄糖醛酸(GA)和甘露糖(M)组成海洋活性四糖化合物(GAβMαGAβM)的抗帕金森活性构效关系,本研究报道葡萄甘露二糖(GβM)二糖和GAβM苄苷及对溴苄苷衍生的合成。方法 以全乙酰化的葡萄糖和甘露糖为原料,经过保护基操作完成C-2位羟基裸露的甘露糖苄苷和对溴苄苷受体以及葡萄糖硫苷给体的合成后,再通过立体选择性糖苷化反应以及“先糖苷化后氧化”策略完成四个二糖衍生物的合成。结果 以最长线性步骤11-12步,21%-35%的产率完成了四个目标二糖的合成。 |

| Objective To explore the structure-activity relationship of the anti-Parkinson activity of marine active tetrasaccharide GAβMαGAβM, composed of glucuronic acid (GA) and mannose (M), this study reports the synthesis of benzyl/p-bromobenzyl GβM and GAβM disaccharides. Methods Using peracetylated glucopyranoside and mannopyranoside, four disaccharide derivatives were synthesized via stereoselective glycosylation and the "Post-glycosylation oxidation C2-OH exposed benzyl/p-bromobenzyl mannopyranoside acceptors and a thioglucoside donor. Results Ultimately, the synthesis of four target disaccharides has been accomplished in 11-12 longest linear steps with 21%-35% overall yields. |
