| 目的 明确闽、鲁两地养殖牡蛎的基原及无机元素含量,为牡蛎的药物研究和开发提供科学依据。
方法 选取闽鲁两地养殖的牡蛎样本,利用线粒体细胞色素氧化酶亚基I(COI)基因序列分析进行牡蛎基原鉴定,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)技术测定牡蛎壳中无机元素含量。结果 分子鉴定结果显示,闽鲁两地牡蛎的COI基因序列存在一定差异,山东所产牡蛎为长牡蛎(Crassostrea gigas),而福建养殖牡蛎主要为福建牡蛎(C. angulata)。含量测定表明,牡蛎壳中富含Ca、Mg、Sr、Fe等人体有益元素,部分元素在两地产牡蛎中含量差异明显,多个牡蛎样品中有害元素Cd、Hg、Pb含量超标。聚类分析显示,两地产牡蛎可以大致分为2类,地域因素对元素含量影响明显。结论 闽、鲁两地养殖牡蛎品种不同,部分元素含量差异明显,应进一步评价福建牡蛎作为中药应用的潜力和可行性。 |

| To clarify the original species and inorganic element content of oysters cultured in Fujian and Shandong, providing scientific evidence for the pharmacological research and development of oysters. Methods Oyster samples from Fujian and Shandong were selected, and the cychrome oxidase subunit I (CO I) gene sequence analysis was used for oyster species identification. The content of inorganic elements in oyster shells was determined mainly using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) technology. Results The molecular identification results showed that there were some differences in the COI gene of oysters between Fujian and Shandong. The oysters from Shandong were identified as Crassostrea gigas, while those from Fujian were identified mainly as C. angulata. The content determination showed that oyster shells were rich in Ca, Mg, Sr, Fe and other elements beneficial to human body. Some elements were significantly different in the oysters coming from different provicine. Contents of Cd, Hg and Pb in some oyster shells were beyond the standard. Cluster showed that the tested oysters could be roughly divided into two categories, and the content of elements was significantly affected by geography. Conclusion The oyster species cultured in Fujian and Shandong were different, and there were difference in element content. It was suggested that further evaluation of the potential and feasibility of using Fujian oysters as traditional Chinese medicine should be conducted. |
