      目的 设计并合成了三种半乳糖基化乳糖及其还原端含有丙基叠氮连接臂的衍生物,为3种母乳来源半乳糖基化乳糖的构效关系研究提供了物质基础。方法 以三种选择性保护的乳糖苷为受体,分别使用三氯乙酰亚胺酯给体、溴苷给体和硫苷给体,完成了3种半乳糖基化乳糖3′-galactosyllactose (3′-GL)、4′-galactosyllactose (4′-GL)、6′-galactosyllactose (6′-GL)和异头位含有丙基叠氮连接臂的3′-GLβProN3、4′-GLβProN3和 6′-GLβProN3的高效化学合成。结果 利用保护基和硼酸酯调控乳糖苷受体的选择性,实现了3种半乳糖基乳糖及其衍生物的高效化学合成。
English Summary:
      Objective Design and synthesis three galactosyllactoses and their derivatives equipped with a β-propylazide linker at the reducing end, which provides essential human milk oligosaccharides for future structure-activity relationship studies. Methods Three selectively protected lactose acceptors were glycosylated with trichloroacetimidate donor, glycosyl bromide donor, and thioglycoside donor, respectively, to afford three galactosyllactoses including 3′-GL, 4′-GL, 6′-GL and their derivatives of 3′-GLβProN3, 4′-GLβProN3 and 6′-GLβProN3.Results The chemical synthesis of three galactosyllactoses and their derivatives were realized by protecting group and borate mediated regioselective glycosylation of acceptors.
