      目的 对采自西沙群岛的软珊瑚样品Sinularia crebra进行萜类次级代谢产物的研究。方法 利用硅胶柱层析、薄层色谱、高效液相色谱以及中压制备液相色谱等方法对软珊瑚浸膏进行分离纯化,并运用核磁共振波谱和质谱方法结合文献对比,鉴定所分离化合物的结构,并对其进行生物活性测试。结果 从西沙群岛的软珊瑚样品Sinularia crebra中分离鉴定得到9个萜类化合物,分别为gibberosin A (1)、sinubatin B (2)、gibberosin Q (3)、gibberosin D (4)、sinuhirtins E (5)、 nanolobatin B (6)、sinuhirfuranone A (7)、sinuhirfuranone B (8)、sinunorcaryophyllenol (9),包括一个norcaryophyllene 型倍半萜(9),两个norxeniaphyllane 型二萜(1-2),7个xeniaphyllane 型二萜(3-8)。其中化合物3、5、6、8在斑马鱼实验中具有明显抗炎活性。
English Summary:
      Objective To investigate the secondary metabolites of terpenes isolated from Sinularia crebra, a soft coral sample collected from the Xisha Islands. Methods Silica gel column chromatography, thin-layer chromatography (TLC), high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and medium-pressure preparative liquid chromatography were employed to separate and purify the soft coral extract. The structures of the isolated compounds were determined through nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy and mass spectrometry (MS), in combination with literature data comparison. Additionally, biological activity assays were conducted on these compounds. Results Nine terpenoid compounds were isolated and identified from the soft coral Sinularia crebra collected in the Xisha Islands, including one norcaryophyllene-type sesquiterpenoid (9), two norxeniaphyllane-type diterpenoids (1–2), and seven xeniaphyllane-type diterpenoids (3–8). The compounds were designated as gibberosin A (1), sinubatin B (2), gibberosin Q (3), gibberosin D (4), sinuhirtins E (5), nanolobatin B (6), sinuhirfuranone A (7), sinuhirfuranone B (8), and sinunorcaryophyllenol (9). Notably, compounds 3, 5, 6, and 8 exhibited significant anti-inflammatory activity in zebrafish model assays.
