| 目的 建立检测虾青素含量的定量分析方法,并将检测方法应用到保健品的质量检测中。方法 采用高效液相色谱 - 质谱联用(LC-MS/MS)技术建立检测虾青素的分析方法,并进行方法学验证。样品处理方法为浓度为1 mg/mL的纯虾青素,依次通过二氯甲烷,乙腈的不断溶解,进样测定。采用上述样品处理方法和检测方法测定保健品中虾青素的含量。结果 虾青素定量分析方法的标准曲线,线性良好,方法可靠,五种品牌中虾青素的检测结果(实际含量/标示量)为38.9-131%。结论 虾青素的定量分析方法稳定可靠,并能成功应用于保健品中虾青素的含量测定,为保障保健品质量提供方法学参考。 |

| Objective To establish a quantitative analysis method for detecting astaxanthin content and apply it to the quality testing of health products. Methods An analytical method for detecting astaxanthin was developed using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) and validated. The sample preparation involved dissolving pure astaxanthin at a concentration of 1 mg/mL sequentially in dichloromethane and acetonitrile, followed by injection for analysis. The established sample preparation and detection methods were applied to determine the astaxanthin content in health products. Results The standard curve for the quantitative analysis of astaxanthin demonstrated good linearity, and the method was reliable. The detected astaxanthin content in five brands of health products (actual content/labeled content) ranged from 38.9% to 131%. Conclusion The quantitative analysis method for astaxanthin is stable and reliable, and it can be successfully applied to determine the astaxanthin content in health products, providing a methodological reference for ensuring the quality of health products. |
